Delivery Policy – Products
Please keep the proof of delivery receipt signed/confirmed by the registered customer
Shipping Normally takes 3-4 working days from the time of processing the order. Any order after 16:00 hrs will be processed the next working day
Delivery fees are fixed by the logisitics provider either Aramex or any other provider chosen by us. Delivery in UAE is charged depending on weight of the goods as per pricing of the courier company.
For Payment Confirmation – Services
Customers will recieve an email notification as proof of payment confirmation.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
We will refund or replace the item if:
- The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
- The product is defective.
- The product was damaged in shipping.
- The product is tampered.
- There is a no-refund policy on clothes, undergarments, perishable or intimate items that cannot be sold after use.
- Items can be reported as a canceled after a maximum of 7 days of use. After which it will be at discretion of the management.
- The returned items should be in orginal packaging the same way it was delivered. If any items were returned after use or personal damage it might not be accepted as a cancellation.
